The new theater will sit on 40 acres at Highway 36 and 300th Street, near U.S. This new theater has been a dream of the new owners, Jeff and Jenny Karls, since they went to one on their honeymoon years ago and is soon coming to fruition about 40 minutes outside of Omaha.
